Apply for doctor's / professional's account (Only suitable for the doctor / professional)

With effect from July 1, 2012, doctor's / professional's account can directly manage the "clinic's profile".

With effect from October 8, 2012, the doctor / professional can use the contact number as one of the authentication methods.

If you manage a clinic profile, you have more freedom.

1. You can Increase the information (e.g. professional qualifications); modify information (eg address, time, or others); reduce redundant information;
2. If you have a facebook a/c or related web site, the Web site provides independent URL field;
3. You can have and use your own URL (e.g. http://www.adamcheck.com/doctor/dr-lo-man-tei-hak-peter)
4. Others

You must read, agree and accept「Terms and Conditions 」、「Privacy Policy 」and「Handbook 」, then press the "I agree" key. You acknowledge and understand that lawful access to the documents or attachment of the doctors / professionals concerned.
